Business class:
Should you prefer to upgrade to business class, please indicate this on your registration and Pink Mosquito will contact you with quotes for the additional cost. This will be for your own account.
Business class upgrades can only be actioned once full payment is received – quotes only valid for 48 hours
Seating:
Please specify your seating preference on the registration page. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however seating is not guaranteed.
Extending your stay at the end of the programme:
Extensions are possible on the return journey only. Changes to the routing of your ticket is at the discretion of the airline.
As this is a group booking, the airline limits the number of passengers who can extend their stay, so all requests are processed on a first come first served basis.
The change fee to extend is R 1,850.00, and all changes are subject to availability at time of booking. Please note that if there is additional cost to the airfare, we will quote accordingly.
